Typically bland yet efficient business orientated hotel but they are surprisingly tough to find in a city that accommodates a lot of business visitors for it's size. Rooms are stock standard north american chain hotel fare, you will neither be let down nor surprised. Clean, neat, tidy and designed by Ned Flanders. Biggest upside of the hotel is the large,... Reserved a room with 2 beds for 3 people. When I got the reservation email I noticed I had either a single bed (king) or a 2 bed room and that while I had a "room" reserved I was not guaranteed a room with 2 beds! When I called the person at the reservations said "sorry that this wasn't explained... More

Stayed here about a week for business. Was a bit skeptical going in as we have a very similar 1980s Marriott in OKC that is a terrible property. Alas, I was pleasantly surprised to enter a beautiful lobby/restaurant/bar/lounge area upon arrival. The lobby and related amenities are really what set this place apart. The rooms are cookie cutter 2003 Marriott.... More

This place is a wonderful place to stay. They try EXTRA hard to make your stay delightful. Place is clean, comfortable, just nice. Nothing over the top, it's not the Ritz Carlton, but hey, the rate is good, the food is good, and what more do you want??

Overall I would give the hotel 4.5 stars. I stayed here for two weeks while at the client's site in Old Town Wichita. 5 Stars - Everyday and night someone was there to greet us at the door and ask how our day was. The room service is superb and the man (Ron) was always a pleasure to encounter!! The... More

I seriously love their elevators. They have this old fashioned feel to them. The pool and the gym...wow; awesome equipment and love the way its all set up. The rooms are nice and the beds are comfortable (some Marriott beds have been really bad lately, needless to say, this was refreshing!) I would definitely recommend staying here, and would definitely... More

I was there for a few days in early October. The room was nice and the beds were soft. The TV reception could have been better. Some of the channels would not show. Luckily ESPN showed perfectly and I was able to catch up on all my sports news. The dining area and bar was fun. The waitress was very... More

I stayed here for about 2 weeks on business. Newly renovated lobby, or at least it appears to be. Staff was always polite and courteous. The housekeeping staff always did a great job, missed an empty Kleenex box once but no big deal. The beds were comfortable but no microwave. You know sometimes you want to warm a snack. Plenty... Great Service at this Hotel; front desk staff excellent and volunteered to drive me to my business meeting location when they could and when taxis proved unreliable. Rooms clean and comfortable; good range of food and wine in the Greatroom restaurant and great friendly service.

Very enjoyable stay. Rooms were very nice. On site restaurant served very good food. Staff could not have been any nicer or accommodating. If their shuttle is not available they'll pay a taxi to pick you up or take you to the airport. They get what great customer service is about!
