Mr. Neil Patel went beyond the normal expectations to ensure that I was not inconvenienced during my stay. My car battery had died and he attempted to assist with starting my car. Unfortunately, his battery cable would not reach from car to car because of the way it was parked.

I know what to expect and was pleased. T didn't arrive until 1:15 amand they saved my room as was requested. Room was just as I expected, clean, everything working and a good nights sleep and nice hot breakfast

Room was Clean .people were nice . Breakfast was very Disappointing. Yuck! The bisquits and gravy were old and sour. The waffle cooked on one side only. We told the man about the gravy. He stirred It once and walked away.

I stayed here while on business had no problems at all. Enjoyed the 42 inch tv in my suite the location is very convenient as it is located right off of the interstate and close to major highway. I would rreccomend this hotel to friends and family. I had a very pleasent stay.
