I stayed at this hotel for three nights to attend a convention and while the overall building and our room were very beautiful and clean, and the concierge was super friendly, everything was at an extra cost and it seemed that the rooms lacked some rather basic things that I had thought were requirements in every decent hotel room such... more

Upon arrival we were greeted very warmly, had our luggage brought up to our room promptly, given a tour along the way. We had a crib waiting for us and even baby towels and baby wash. It was so nice for them to go the extra mile. However, we were also promised a reserved fridge (booked 6 months in advance... more

We were here for a convention back in September of 2006 and this is where it was held. When we got there, we were given our room number and access card. We were impressed with the features of our room, and the beds were comfortable. We got the upgraded room, which meant T.V.-based Internet, flat-screen Samsung television, upgraded cable T.V.,... more

This hotel is probably the best you'll find in Wichita. I found it to be very plush, the staff to be very helpful and the location is pretty good as well. I was supposed to be staying in Wichita for 3 weeks, and although the Hyatt Regency was nice, it's not somewhere I would have wanted to stay for that... more

We are a married couple in our late twenties from Southern California. My husband recently had to visit Wichita on business and stayed at this hotel for two weeks. I joined him the second week and stayed for seven nights. We had a corporate rate which was much lower than the published rate, which made it a good deal. While... more

Stayed for a night for a meeting...nice hotel, really nice people, quick ride from the airport. It is located right on their river with some really great running trails. Only downside is that -- on a weekend -- there is nothing close by (even though it is downtown). I paid $15 for a cab -- but took the free shuttle... more

We had a lovely stay at the Hyatt in Wichita. I had booked the room on Priceline for what I thought was a very good rate. (Cheaper than some of the bad hotels I've stayed at--LOL) I requested a king size bed...it was our anniversary after all. When we arrived at the hotel the gal at the front desk did... more

From Courtney and Jeannie at the night front desk to Joe and Melissa during the daytime you will find very caring people that go out of their way to make you feel at home. I had several requests during this last stay and none of them made me feel like a pest, like so many other places do! The room... more

Visiting for a conference and I wasn't expecting great things. However, I left with a good impression. The hotel is in a pleasant location on the river bank and about 20minutes walk from the old town. Generally the condition is good (too often I find these major chain hotels a little shoddy). The reception area is not too intimidating but... more
