Leaving home for a motorcycle ride I changed my trip around and landed back in Seneca at the Starlite Motel. This is a great little motel. Super clean. Park at the door. Each room has a fridge and microwave. They have the bigger bars of soap along with shampoo. The wi-fi had a good strong signal. All for a very... More

This was our first time staying at the Starlite and we will definitely make it our first choice when looking for a place to stay when driving US Highway 36 through Kansas. Our room was very pleasant, clean & comfortable. Beyond that we much enjoyed visiting with Lynette, and she made helpful suggestions for us. Highly Recommended!

The Starlite Motel has been there nearly forever, and it's a tiny place with fewer than twenty rooms. The managers have modernized each room, like with wi-fi and charging stations, a microwave and fridge, and so forth. They're also very personable. Not bad!

The lady that checked us in was very sweet. Offered us a discount If we booked two rooms. Let us park our motorcycles in her garage for weather protection and safety. This level of service and caring is unheard of today. Rooms were nice, clean and comfortable.

Nice to find an older motel (with the lower rates usually associated with them) that has been totally upgraded! Better amenities than many "new" motels. Every aspect of the room was modernized. Unlike many motels, the desk has power outlets and even USB charging ports right on the desktop. A great alarm clock, intuitive to set. Small but very clean... More

The room was very nice, the beds were comfortable, however the a/c is controlled in the main office and only have vents in the rooms. Being from Colorado we like to sleep in a very cold room. The a/c was set at about 70 degrees far to hot for us. We were miserable all night long. The bathroom is far... More

This is the cutest motor inn ever! From the moment you drive up and see the well-kept grounds, the neat paint job, and the homey and tasteful decorations around the office door, you can tell this is going to a nice place to stay. The room (#4) was on the small side, as was the bathroom (toilet, shower/tub), but if... More

Seneca was not our destination but wow, what a delightful surprise this little mom & pop turned out to be! It was getting dark, but even so we could tell it was charming from the outside, with white rail porches hung with lovely ferns. We were warmly welcomed by the owner ~ how nice to give your money to someone... More

We travel a lot and the Starlite has become our all time favorite motel. The rooms were all you could ask for in a home away from home. Clean, fresh, and so nice. The owner was very pleasant and went out of her way to accommodate us. The price can't be beat anywhere!

The Starlite is a great small town motel. The exterior is nice, clean and has road appeal. The owners are friendly and helpful. They are biker friendly. I love being able to park in front of my room. If you get a room on the front west side, you can get your bike in the shade. Speaking of rooms, I... More
