First of all, the entire motel is non-smoking! Bliss! There is no residual smoke anywhere, not on the towels, bed linens, or carpets. It's wonderful. Check-in was smooth and easy, with a very pleasant employee working the front desk. The breakfast the next morning was fine, if you remember that it's a Super 8. This is one of the nicer Super 8s. The rooms are big with a table, desk, and refrigerator. The breakfast was pretty good for a Super 8. The Wi-Fi worked fine. There was a water pipe noise in the wall of our room that was annoying. Overall, it's a pretty good place to stay. more

The Salina Super 8 is the best Super 8 hotel I have every stayed at. From the the 70 TV Channels to Nice warm indoor Pool to the nice Breakfast to the fast food places and 3 truck stops right by the Hotel. more

Top notch place to stay. The rooms were large, clean, bright, modern and up to date. Very nice if your traveling with your pets. ...but it's still just a Super 8. I've stayed at many of them, and this one's the best, but it still has the spartan room furnishings of a Super 8. Great cable lineup. The lady at the front desk was very helpful in getting me on the wireless internet, which was very beneficial for me because of the work I had to get done before the next day. I was also very impressed with the cleanliness of the property inside and out. Todd Nugent more
