Visited with my mother for a 5 night stay check in was smooth and front desk staff were friendly and efficient. Breakfast buffet was more than adequate. Rooms could have been cleaner and we had to ask for service more than once during our stay as essentials were missed. We ate 3 times in the main dining room for supper... More

I had always heard about this place, but never had been there till now. It was actually quite interesting. It is not much to look at from the outside, but the room had been redone and was quite comfortable. The spa facility was clean but kind of dated. It was enjoyable any way. The water level in the lake is... More

If you just want to relax in the pool, this is a nice place but there really isn't too much else to do. The restaurant staff was good as was the food. There are only a few shops in the area as well as a small beach. The prices were very reasonable. It was nice to see that families use... More

Very disturbed at the attitude of a tall white woman with accent working the front desk. Asked to have my room cleaned because no one did it. Her response was "that staff is gone nothing I will do" Not only will we not return to this spa but I will be happy to tell all my government co workers exactly... More

Thank you for your comments. Our standard procedure in these cases would be to try and call a housekeeper back to work, in order to clean your room. I am sorry this was not done, and would like you to contact me at 306-946-2233 x230 at your earliest convenience, so I can apologize personally and try to make things right... More

The place is ok and the food in the restaurant is ok and the service is ok, but I guess I was expecting more from a place that is a resort and mineral spa. One elevator for many many rooms - although getting the exercise by using the stairs was a plus. Had to wait for dinner siting even though... More

Thank you for your comments, as it helps us better understand what our clients expect. I apologize for your wait to get into our dining room, as we have had a few server staff members fall ill during your stay with us, which left us slightly short staffed for a few days. Our standard hotel room sells for $124.95 plus... More

The hotel could use some updating and the staff are not very knowledgeable. The spa needs a good cleaning, though the spa staff are great. The restaurant has good food, some great staff...James and Loretta were terrific and helpful. Highly recommend the fish and the burgers. Overall value was pretty good, even if nothing was incredible.

Thank you for your comments, and I am glad you enjoyed the food in our dining room. Just a note that some of the stains you see in the pool, are from the iron in our highly mineralized water. These stains are removed when we drain our pool in the last week of November, for our 3 week annual pool... More

My husband and I have gone to the Manitou Springs mineral spa & hotel a couple of times. It's a nice little get away when you just need a break from everyday life. We love the water, rooms are nice and clean, restaurant is great with excellent service.

The rooms were very nice and the mineral pool amazing. We spent three nights here in June, 2015. We were with a group of 12. Most of the ladies went to the reflexologist that works in the spa area. His name is Don Adair. Don't forget to book with him if you go there. He is very good and is... More

We spent 3 nights in this wonderful hotel. When I went to check in, the staff gave us the option to change rooms, from suite out back, to one in hotel, which we took. They answered all questions, and sent a staff member to our room immediately to help us out there. Room is clean and spacious, bed very comfortable... More

This place has the most comfortable beds we've ever slept in! They use gel mattress pads and gel pillows - for sale in the gift shop. Staying here allows unlimited use of their mineral pool (3 zones, from 94F to 104F). It's so relaxing we used it three times for an hour each over our two-day visit. A hot &... More
