The Romeo and Julie Hobbit Pod is really cosy and snug.Bed lovely and warm the hot water bottles were welcome as we had a cold foggy night! There are plenty of night lights provided. We took extra fairy lights as advised which enhanced the cosy atmosphere. The Hobbit pods are just off a track in woodland. Nicely secluded. The kitchen is well... More

I booked this for me and my 3 friends as a new fun experience for us both. I myself am not a fan of camping so thought glamping would be different. The tent was sweet but for 4 adults staying very uncomfortable. I was lucky I had the comfy double bed. But the pull out single leather sofa and the... More

We booked for 4 nights but stayed for 3 after such a terrible time. There was no hot water for showers for entire stay, we repeatedly told staff but were 'fobbed off' each time with poor excuses rather than them actually taking the problem seriously. On the last day a member of staff came to look at the boiler and... More

Hi Sarah and Daniel, Thank you for taking the time to give feedback, it’s such a shame you did not give me such feedback when I asked you twice if everything was ok on the day I spoke to you. When I asked if everything was ok whilst packing up your car you said replied saying “yes but didn’t want... More

First time glamping - I'm not a fan of it in theory - but we gave it a go for one night as a half-term treat. We also combined with with quad biking which takes place on the same estate but via a different company. All very simple to do - and so much fun. The tent (safari tent Afia)... More

Hi Kirsty, Thank you for your recent review. We are pleased to hear you had a lovely and enjoyable stay and value your feedback. Glamping during winter can be brave for some but is still fun so long as people are prepared and have a good fire, good games to entertain on the long dark nights and lots of cosy... More

I booked a weekend away as a surprise for my partners birthday. I'd had to book a year in advance to get the dates I was after, so I was really looking forward to the weekend. The site itself is great and all of the various designs of accommodation add to the atmosphere with all huts/tents far enough apart to... More

Hi AB100North, Thank you for your recent review. We are pleased to hear you had a lovely and enjoyable stay and value your feedback. The solar lighting at this time of year can be a little temperamental on occasions especially during duller shorter days therefore we are currently researching new improved solar systems/possible wind turbine to install for the new... The woodland unidome is a real treat of a property and the only one of its kind in the UK. It is set in a secluded location whilst being close to the shared amenities. We travelled with a dog and it was great that they are allowed in all of the units available. The property was furnished in a simple... More

We booked this for a friends 30th birthday celebration. We stayed in a Luxury Safari Tent Afia which was lovely, all the tents are well spaced out to give you privacy. I won one night in a Hobbit Pod on a charity auction. Arrived for the stay with my 14 year old niece and my 4 year old grandson. It was bright sunshine as we arrive at our pod. The pods are located in the woods and the shade added to the magi and adventure. Each pod has it's own fire... More
