For a $42 hotel room on no notice, the experience was surprisingly positive. The hotel owners were very accommodating, polite, and friendly despite my showing up with no reservation at 11 o'clock pm. The rooms are clean, the bed fine, the TV works. For $45 per night you can't expect more. We've stayed here numerous times over the past four years as we travel to/from northeast Colorado to see our kids and grandkids in Kansas City. more
