We stayed here 1 night. From the lobby, it looks like a standard Hyatt Place: trendy, room for socialization, ect. When we got out of the elevator, I knew it was not standard. The hall and rooms looked old but someone put new signs and furniture up. Very small toilet and bath area. The sink/vanity area is large and outside... More

Stayed here with the family for 2 nights and it's a standard - if a bit dated - Hyatt Place. Good family setup but tiny bathrooms. Staff all seems very friendly and helpful. Room keys constantly demagnetized which was annoying. If you are just using the hotel for sleeping, it's perfect.

Stayed at this hotel for four nights last week while on a conference. The staff was courteous and helpful in every way. The breakfast was great every day. This hotel was very busy every day of our stay, but we never felt cramped or crowded. To be completely honest, the only knock on this hotel is that you can tell... More

The hotel was located close to The Legends outdoor mall which is why we choose this hotel however the front desk clerk was dingy and didn't know what she was doing and the hotel breakfast was not staff properly for a Sunday morning. The room itself was nice but the bathrooms are very small so if you are a large... More

Terrible customer service! After we checked into our room with 2 beds, we found the beds to be too small and went down front desk asked the front desk if we can switch to a king bed. After waiting in line for 10 min for my turn, the front desk told me she can't help me and will help the... More

We were in town for a family wedding and chose to stay at this hotel as we have always enjoyed our experiences with Hyatt hotels. Checked in late on a Thursday night, and had no issues with Front Desk staff - also had a room on top floor, which was nice. Room - Upon arrival, we had a King room,... More

Nothing over-the-top fancy. Does the job:) Great location in OP. The sink are could use some updating but it is an older establishment. Overall decent stay for our family of five in town for a long biz trip.

This brand and model of hotel has always been my favorite and preferred choice for years either for business of leisure. All of the ones I've stayed at got a 9.6 out of 10 from me, all the time, from check in to check out. This one was a disappointment. I showed up an hour early for check-in (I wasn't... More

We stayed two nights in the hotel. For us, the location was very good since the purpose of the visit was to see family in Prairie Village. The room was a suite with a half wall between the king-size bed and a couch. There was also a large desk. The TV was on a swivel so it could be seen... More

Cockroach in closet first day. Queen beds are small for queen. No privacy/bathroom in suite. Breakfast was terrible. Was not allowed to eat Cheesecake Factory cheesecake and coffee on lobby while socializing with other guests, cause it was "outside food." However clerk had girlfriend eating her Chinese food in lobby. When it got crowded anyone could eat outside food. Rather... More
