The last time I visited this hotel it was in the midst of renovations and only one elevator worked. Now that it is renovated, it is much nicer. I can't say I agree with the new look but at least both elevators work fine. I have stayed here a few times and it is perfectly fine. The staff are very... more

Giant room. Helpful staff at the front desk. Only drawback to the room was its dated look. more

We stayed at this hotel and the staff was great from the bartenders Roybin and Beck they kept the drinks flowing during the Manager's reception. The hotel is dated but they do a good job keeping up the property the matience crew was working on the AC for the Atrium becuase it was very warm. But on a postive note... more

Ive stayed at this hotel countless times over the years and its great. From the ambience to the location everything is great. . . EXCEPT..for the fact the chef and his assistant at the complimentary breakfast dole out the same portions for 7 year olds as they they do 27 year olds. Which causes me to get seething glares from... more

We stayed for a short family weekend in KC. Only downside was the pool--really small--but we loved the great breakfast. The decor was nice, very modern and comfortable. Looked like the rooms had been recently remodeled. Very clean, staff was accommodating. Great location. Would definitely stay again! more

Stayed Dec 6 for the Big 12 Championship game. The hotel is near lots of restaurants and shopping. Right off interstate so easy to come and go. Booked room with Hilton website for Sat Dec 6, but decided to drive up on Friday night. We arrived at 2 am, and hotel didn't charge for extra night - just gave us... more

A lot to be desired really. But, gained a Hilton Honors points, and stayed in their best of option in the vicinity. Ok, for an Embassy Suites, it was ok. Not the best, but not the worst. The staff were impersonal, except the omelette guy at breakfast who was great. The catering manager yelled at my 3 year old -... more

Renovated but poor elevators Stayed there 7 days so I got a good feel for the hotel operation. Staff was friendly, although at times they seemed somewhat inept. I could not get a flickering light fixed. I reported it 5 days in a row to no avail. There are only two elevators located in the center and the stairs are... more

Standard Embassy property. Recently renovated. Large LCD TVs --- but only with analog signal? Ouch! Very, very noisy. You could actually hear people clearly talking from other rooms telegraphed through the air conditioning duct. Breakfast was outstanding as always. Nonetheless, you go to a hotel for rest and due to excessive noise we will not stay here again. more

Our son's baseball team stayed here for a long week-end. The rooms are great for kids to hang outside-as the bedrooms are all separate and there is no noise. You can go to sleep at ten pm and wake up at nine am and not hear a word. The curtains have great light blockers to keep your room dark. The... more
