We stay at Hyatt Place hotels everywhere we go for short trips. All rooms are exactly identical at every hotel. If you book on line, you go into the lobby and check yourself in at the kiosk which then gives you your room keys with a reciept with the room number and directions to your room. In most aspects this hotel is much higher caliber than others in it's price range. (Including the Hyatt Place that is within a few miles on Metcalf.) Priced at 71$/night with AAA, or website discount, it is a "semi-suite" not just a small room. If you are forced to choose between the two, this one is a much better property.... more
