The place was great for the 2 nights I stayed there. The cabinets and flooring and decorations were a little outdated, but that didn't matter to me. The place was a great value and is just right down the street from Corporate Woods which is where my conference was. I will be recommending this place to coworkers in the future. more

The beds at this hotel are so comfortable. The pillowtop mattress and feather pillows made me feel like I was at home. VCRs, DVD players and kitchenettes are standard in every room. I've stayed at the Candlewood Suites in Overland Park twice in the last 4 months after booking in on Hotwire.com for a VERY attractice price. This hotel was the worst I've stayed at in awhile. When I complained nicely to the manager I was told he could not fix anything. In addition to the rude manager my room had a strange odor to it. I do not recommend anyone stay here in the future. more
