So have a family of 5 and stayed at another extended stay hotel like this in DE. We are in one of the 2 bed 2 bath lofts in building one. This hotel looks amazing online... but in reality... the room we are in is in need of updating. The furniture is very old and has rips and tears. The kitchen... More

Having stayed at the airport Chase, we knew what to expect here. As at the airport, the facilities are somewhat dated and a little worn here and there. But the suites are kept clean, which is most important. Good night's stay and would frequent again if needed to be in the south metro area. The home-like feel is so much... More

We stayed at the Chase Suites this past weekend and review is mixed. The suite was spacious with a fully appointed kitchen and a balcony with sliding glass doors. The décor is dated and the lamp shades were torn and the exterior was also showing it's age. I didn't take an overwhelming objection to any of these items because of... More

I question whether the positive reviews here are factual and honest. My family stayed here and couldn't last more than one night. The staff try to be helpful but the rooms and facilities are definitely not as nice as you'd expect from a three-star hotel.

Chase Suite Hotel Overland Park is the finest hotel we have ever stayed in. Other hotels just have rooms that all look basically alike. But Chase really different. There are two levels with an upper bedroom that over looks the lower section. Every thing you need is there - it is really a nice apartment, not just a hotel. We... More

Our suite was comfortable and spacious, no problems there, though it could use a makeover. Full kitchen, two bedrooms, living room. The complex itself needs updating and renovating: it's not that well maintained. Pleasant landscaping, trees and flowers and a small pool. Convenient if you want to be in the College Blvd.-Metcalf Ave. area. We paid $140 for three adults... More

We stayed at this hotel based on previous ratings and price. We were pleasantly surprised by the comfort level. We wished the breakfast was served a bit earlier, however other options are very close. There was a bit of noise from the people/person above us but we weren't in the room very much. If we are ever in the KC... More

As said by others, does need some updating in the rooms, but very comfortable stay. Family of four stayed in a Queen suite. Couch foldout bed was even comfortable. Close to the convention center (3 minute walk maybe). Many, many shopping and restaurant options just down Metcalf from 119th to 135th Streets. Close to Interstate 435, which makes it an... More

I left an important book in my room and called back 2 days later to see if someone picked it up. I never heard back. Rooms were ok, but the locks on the door were not safe. I left an important book in my room and called back 2 days later to see if someone picked it up. I never... More
