Remember those Residence Inn commercials with the elephant or the giraffe, well this is not this place. As previously posters have indicated, rust in the bath tubs, I can see the reason why, water somehow collects in the middle of the tub and never drains completely. The sofa looked as if it had seen better days. On the plus side,... More

This is worst hotel that I have ever stayed. General manager is arrogant and does not know how to talk to a platinum elite customer. Rotten bananas kept in during breakfast hours and front desk did not know how to charge my card and generate receipt. Bath tubs are rusty. I need to remind at least twice for any service... More

The reservations were made by the local company, so it was an unknown entity as I had never stayed at this chain. First the good: The front desk staff were all very friendly, and my room was for the most part quiet, as I did not hear much noise from the hallway. You can purchase snacks and sodas at the... More

We were there for my grandson's wedding. Very convenient to the highway 35 which took us to all the venues for the weekend. Disappointed there were no safes in the room. Free breakfast was adequate but the seating was definitely NOT. Not enough tables and chairs were so low you could not reach the table.

The worst hotel that I have ever been in. Poor General Manger, dirty towels, bed bugs, staff doesn't know how to use the pay system (POS). My husband and I checked in Wednesday, August 6th around 2:30 PM. At the time of check in, everything seemed okay. The next day (Thursday) I checked my bank account and I noticed the... More

The staff made my 35 day stay a real pleasure. They were there to help in any way possible. The hotel campus was pretty and comfortable, with real live bunny rabbits in the front lawn. The front desk, Robbie and Paola were always friendly and cheerful. The mgr. Dereck was available for any need and very responsive. The problem with... More

Having stayed at a lot of Residence Inn hotels around the country, I've come to expect a certain standard. So having checked in to this one, I was deeply underwhelmed. No wait, let me be more blunt; this place is a joke. Unlike others I have stayed at, this one was beginning to show its age (several years go in... More

My family of four stayed in a two bedroom suite at the hotel while we were visiting relatives. Our late arrival caused us to be placed in a first floor, accessible unit, which I would not recommend. The walls and floors are pretty thin, so we had a lot of outside noise. We didn't need any of the accessibility features,... More

This is a corporate hotel for me, but I'd rather stay in the Fairfield or Marriott next time. They completely "jumped the shark" as far as service, cleanliness and overall value. Coming in from a late flight and having to wait even 5 minutes before someone even shows up at the check in counter. Mind there was no one around... More
