“Less than expected”

We stayed at the Olathe BW for a graduation trip. We were disappointed several times during our trip and will probably go back to staying in Overland Park when we visit. There were a couple of positives. The assistant manager was nice and the price for the room was good. The hotel was also more stylish than other Best Westerns... More

I feel horrible that your stay did not go very well. Based on the bulk of the reviews we have to date I can say we take our customers' experience very seriously. I woulds like to highly recommend the Best Western Hotel in Olathe Kansas. We switched to this hotel after staying in other chains in the area and noticing they were no longer up to our standards. “Great Place to Stay”

We forgot to book our hotel room for an event we were doing and I looked on line and they said that there were no more rooms so I asked a friend (whom was already there) if she would ask if they had any rooms. They did and I called and received the best and nicest service ever. Check in... More

This was one of the best Hotels I have stayed at. The rooms were large and very nice, clean, staff was great. Good breakfast selection and staff went out of the way for us! It was a great location close to shopping and a pleasant area!

We travel to the Kansas City Area to visit family quite often. We have found this to be a wonderful hotel, offering amenities and comfort well beyond the cost. We can't say enough good things about this place. Rooms are quiet, clean and the beds comfortable. I have stayed in 5 star hotels that weren't as nice as this place.

Being compared to a 5-star hotel is a HUGE compliment! Thank you so much for that! On a side note: the good thing is we don't charge you for all the little stuff that a 5-star hotel does...huge PLUS for you! We look forward to your next visit! More

“April Stay at Best Western”

Very nice, clean, smoke free hotel. The beds were extremely comfortable. Very helpful staff at check-in. They had a list of restaurants that deliver. It was very cold and windy so we ordered Chinese to be delivered. It was delivered very fast but I would not recommend the restaurant but I would highly recommend this hotel. “Best front desk staff EVER”

This is a great place to stay. Angel was helpful by phone before our arrival, as well as in person when we arrived. And the gentleman working the evening was helpful, as well. Hotel is clean, location is convenient, price was great, and breakfast was very good.

You are correct...THEY ARE THE BEST FRONT DESK EVER! You compliments are very much appreciated and I will pass them on to Ken and Angel. We look forward to your next visit. More

“Best Option in Olathe”

The room was immaculate and the property is well kept up. Large room with a sitting area. The pool is a nice perk too. We had it to ourselves during our visit. I would definitely stay again. It's my hotel of choice in Olathe.
