The room was nicely furnished and quiet, and the WiFi was good, but that's the extent of my positive comments. They advertised a pool, but it was not just closed, but tightly covered, so this was not just a temporary thing and should not have been offered as a selling point. They also advertised a "courtyard view from every room."... More

Stayed on way to Colorado after 880 miles of driving. That pool in the picture is 1/2-full and green as fish pond algae. Random furniture on the patios offering views of this "courtyard" flanked by the bikes of the owners kids. Continental breakfast as advertised "Free Waffles" (the serve yourself iron did work though). Also a little dry cereal and... More

I had the unfortunate experience of having to stay at this hotel in June, 2013. I made an advance booking prepaid on line. The hotel firstly could not decide if it was named Econolodge or Rodeway it doesn't really matter what it was named it was dreadful either way. I paid an extortionate amount for my overnight stay in what... More

I drove in late after midnight. In need of rest, I drove to one place that closed office at 10pm and the other place looked like red light district. So with not much choice, I was left with misspelled "Road" -> Rodeway Inn. The Indian man answered the door and for around $59 i got a room. It was upstairs... More

it isn't as good as it used to be but it will work in a pinch. Don't count on the breakfast promised as the waffles almost never happen. Happened once with a different manager. Wasn't real hungry but was there for a funeral and wanted a little something to hold me over. Saw a slice of bread but that was... More

Had made reservation as it was Labor Day weekend and didn't want to hazard not finding a place for the night out in the middle of nowhere. When I walked in to register was met by two little kids behind the counter. They just stared at me and giggled. Then the father (?) came out to check me in. The... More

It took 15 minutes of ringing the doorbell to get someone to appear at the front desk whether you were checking in or checking out. The items for the breakfast were obviously put out early in the morning and never checked again so there was almost nothing left with an hour left. Facilities were not well maintained and desk clerk... More

We finally decided after 860 miles of driving from Indinapolis that we needed to stop, and Oakley was the place. This place definitely looks like 1960, and has never been updated. It was $58 for the night. The room is pretty big, it smelled odd, like old people, but not bad. The surrounding area driving in from the highway smelled... More

We had 2 rooms adjoining on the 1st floor. Travelling w/small dog. The rooms smelled good & were very clean. Not sure what rooms others were reviewing. The exterior is very 60's. But the interior was great. We would stay again. We misjudged our travel time & were not able to swim. The pool looked inviting if we had arrived... More
