We had a wonderful stay at the Hedrick B&B! Needless to say the animals were the icing on the cake and are what truly made the stay WONDERFUL for us! Personally, we would describe our room as "unique." You are not staying in a 5 star, luxury hotel. This is a working farm with sand, mud etc. However, that being... More

This was an excellent experience. There were NO negatives. I had read the other reviews prior to staying and none of the negative applied. Rooms are beautiful and you are staying very close to adorable animals. There was NO smell. Facilities are so very very clean. They burned some nice candles, during our stay there was no animal smell at... More

Just spent a night at the most interesting B&B ever. Got to feed kangaroos, giraffes and camels. The kids had a great time. The only complaint we had was with another group that couldn't control their kids. They were so noisy and out of control that the rest of us couldn't enjoy it as much as I'm sure we'd have... More

Stayed the night with my daughter and two grandchildren. This is the best for anyone who is an animal lover. Molly was our hostess and she was great. She was very knowledgeable about the animals and had a wonderful sense of humor. We had so much fun. Anyplace I can touch and pet the animals, I'm there. Follow their advise,... More

Had driven by Hedricks several times when visiting family in the area and always talked about checking it out. When we got ready for our spring break visit we checked out the website for more information and saw that we could do a tour. After getting everyone together we called and got our tour reservation that afternoon - and yes... More

We decided to do a quick little road trip with our boys. We thought this would be a great place. We looked online to see what the hours/costs were. It looked great, so we loaded up. When we arrived a less than pleasant woman told us we could not take a tour as we had NOT made a reservation. She... More

We took our Brownie troop to Hedricks. What a great time they had. Very accomidating to our large group. Plenty for the girls to do. Great game room and playground. The girls got to see a newborn baby zebra and a newly hatched emu. Bottle fed baby deer and cows. Hospitality was great. The food was excellent. Going back with... More

Very nice place. Would be a fun place to stay with a family with children that would enjoy the animals. Place was very clean. We stayed in the suite and there seemed to be some smell in the hall way and then when we went into our room, smelled like they tried to hide the smell with Glade Plug-Ins. But... More

We stayed here 2 nights in August and my children are still talking about it. They got to tour the exotic animal farm, feed kangaroos from their hands and ride a pony and a camel. We stayed in the zebra room, which was spacious. There is no tv reception, but they have movies that you can borrow. The rec room/... More
