Stayed here on a Saturday night. Front desk very efficient. Walked into a very clean room also very quiet. I didn't hear any voices or slamming doors from the hallway the entire night. Pleasant place to stay. Free breakfast at little diner located in the same parking lot. Food was good and service was fast and friendly.

While traveling through Kansas me And my husband decided to pull over for the night. Talk about a wrong move we checked in around 11pm to our surprise the girl checking us in was dressed in sweat pants and a sweat shirt. That was just the beginning of it the phone rang while she checked us in and by the... More

stayed here two different nights on way to colorado and back home. Very clean and nice, there's a dinner restaurant across from the hotel. The dinner is in the 50's style with stainless steel exterior on the outside, the food is good and very nice atmosphere.

First, it's inexpensive. Second, It's clean. Third, it's convenient. A little secret, Rail Crews are generally picky and if the hotel has the contract, it means good things. Just like the other reviews, it's quiet also. And Good Internet!. I like the place. I will stay here again. The diner up front is also convenient. You won't be sorry if... More

Rooms are large, well-equipped, and super-quiet. Vouchers for Penny's Diner in front worth $15 per couple, so although priced above others near Marysville, Oak Tree is best value. Main problem is lay-out. Inn has 3 separate buildings each with outside end access to inside corridors, bad for security and convenience. We had to haul suitcases down corridor and then across... The hotel is located on Route 36 and is easily accessible. The rooms are large, clean, and quiet. There was no traffic noise or noise from the hallway. The bed was very comfortable. Linens were rather thin. The staff was most helpful and pleasant. A good place to stay when on the road. There was a voucher provided for a... More

Modern TV with convenient channel guide; Free and fast internet, with easy log-on. Great Breakfast included at classic and shiny Diner adjacent to front entrance. Looks brand new, with friendly staff serving perfectly prepared start-your-day breakfasts, with both counter and booth... More

This hotel is so reasonable for the services they provide. Pets may stay at no charge, which is very unusual. The rooms are clean and beds are comfortable. A free breakfast is provided at Penny's Diner ($7.75 value for each guest). I was very pleased with this hotel and will return again. It is a great value at $59.

You know, you're driving through Kansas on a back road, you expect few options and no good options for hotels. That said, low expectations -- the Oak Tree Inn is for you but looking at reviews for other motels in the area, maybe not your best choice. Mattress? Was it made of plastic? Very light weight. Uncomfortably stiff. Pillows? I... More
