For the rate, it was quite nice. Our room was a suite, very large and accommodating and comfortable. The continental breakfast is very good and kept fresh by the attendant. The staff was helpful and friendly. One minor issue we had was addressed immediately and competently. The weekend was quiet but the traffic on Monday morning was a bit noisy... More

I am a Diamond Elite Member, so I'm pretty familiar with other ChoiceHotel line rooms. Check-in process was normal, though desk attendee spoke in a brusk manner, almost indifferent I chose to stay there. Didn't even greet me really. Stayed in room #217, a non-smoking king. Upon entering the room, it smelled of cigarettes. Being close to midnight, I didn't... More

Very good rate and good location. Clean room with everything we needed. Biker friendly and they let me park my Goldwing next to the door for safety and there was storms coming in. Nice staff who are very friendly. Great place to stay.

We have stayed here many times over the last couple years. We have always had great stays, the staff is wonderful, the breakfast amazing, the showers are relaxing and the beds are better than any 5 star hotel. We will continue to stay here every time we come to Manhattan.

My flight to Kansas City was delayed a couple hours, so I called this Quality Inn that I was going to run a couple hours late. She said ok and when I pulled in the wee hours of that Monday morning she had me already checked in and had me quickly on my way to my comfy bed. I also... More

This was my second choice, after my favorite hotel was sold out, I had a couple of issues, but the management went out of their way to make it better. Location is not the best due to the railroad tracks right behind the hotel, but as long as you don't mind the occasional train passing by, it's not that bad.... More

Very pleasant stay; clean with a helpful & professional staff a great early breakfast. Soft bed (I agree with a previous review that the pillows should be full-sized but they were good, soft pillows;) and good shower. Will definitely stay here again!

Checked in at midnight by an employee that obviously didn't want to be there. Was barely civil. I was given a 90.00 room ( handicapped, of which I am not) The toilet paper had red splotches all over it. The security door next to my room at the end of the hall was broken, and would not close. I went... More

Won't be staying here again. Son had a baseball tournament and this was the hotel picked by the team. Smelled bad, the mattress was hard , and the worse thing was the train right outside our window. The train tracks are so close it made the room shake. Not fun in the middle of the night!
