My husband and I were looking for a hotel near Fort Riley to stay the night. We drove past the Quality Inn and decided to give it a shot. The staff were extremely friendly! They made our stay worth it. We paid $129 (plus taxes) for a king room and it had a whirlpool tub. Not the cleanest bathroom, the... more

This is one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed at. Unfortunately I neglected to read the trip reviews before booking a room in this hotel. As others have noted the train tracks run right behind the hotel with trains running throughout the night. It was impossible to sleep. On check-in they have you initial next to a statement... more

We needed a room in Manhattan on short notice and this was the only place we could find one. The room was clean and the staff was friendly, but there was a railroad track just outside the window of our room with regular trains passing through. Since the primary reason we booked a room was to have aplace to sleep... more

This hotel has a rude staff from check-in to check-out. The only nice person, although untrained, was the breakfast attendant (Kaitlyn). The hotel backs upto a train track which is extremely loud..ALL NIGHT LONG. The rooms smell of mold. The toilet has an elongated bowl with a round lid???? The breakfast waffle iron sticks and they didn't provide spray because... more

Be very cautious here. It was clean but man those trains sound and feel like they're coming right through the room. I didn't get much sleep. more

We were there when a couple of busloads of kids were staying there - and we were put smack in the middle of the hall they were staying in. (That's my big complaint - the staff knew these kids were on this floor and we were the 'fill in' of the room that was left.) The kids weren't being monitored... more

There is not a rating on this site that could provide the negative detail of the experience I had while a "guest" here. During extensive travel throughout the world while in the Marines, I had the opportunity to travel in 25+ countries and every state in the U.S. except New Mexico. Of all the hotels/motels I have stayed at I... more

Just about the worst hotel I've stayed at in a very long time. Most of the other hotels in Manhattan were sold out due to a Kansas State basketball game that night so my choices were very limited. This hotel has all their two-bed rooms backed up against railroad tracks and they go by all night long. My shower didn't... more

I went to Manhattan Kansas on a business trip. My business associate picked this hotel from the location to where we were doing business, which happened to be the mall. The location to the mall was very close, but I think we could have used one of the other hotels. The front desk service was fine, but they don't even... more

This hotel is right on the edge of a railroad track, the entire room shook 4 times through-out the night. We complained and the front desk said there was a sign in the lobby yet they were unable to point the sign out to us. The clerk then said we should have stayed on the north side if we did... more
