Rather than being asked when I wasted to eat, was told my breakfast would be at 8:30a (even though I wake up at 5a). I asked if there was a way to get coffee earlier and was rebuffed. This place was pristine. A lot of beautiful wood. The owners were very accommodating and a lot of effort and resources went into this home. It is unfortunate that this B&B is pretty much ruined by the owners/innkeepers. I agree overall with the reviews that share the rude, inconsiderate treatment given by the owners. That truly ruined our experience. Yes, it's a beautiful house, and it has many nice features. Still that is trumped by the terrible way the innkeepers treat their guests.

A top notch B & B. Beautiful property. Rooms well appointed and large. The breakfast was the best we have had anywhere. Highly recommend.

I have stayed at quite a few B&Bs across Kansas and this is the first one I definitely will not revisit.
