Upon arriving at the hotel, they still had reservations mixed up. The rooms are less than desirable! The floor looked like it hadn't been vacuumed in days. The tv signal was horrible. The bathroom was something we were not comfortable in using. The beds, the tub and the heating/ac were all not working satisfactory! The service was terrible. We were... more

Stay was Labor Day weekend 2007. Room 212. Carpet dirty. Chair/sofa upholstery very worn and torn. They forced a queen size fitted sheet onto the king size bed which resulted in the corners popping off constantly. Had to ask housekeeper to leave cups for the coffeemaker. From the time I checked in, until the time I checked out, I was provided with a "home-like" feeling the entire time. The front desk clerks are so friendly, and courteous and just... great.
