Yes carpet and some furnishings are new, but everything is pretty cheap. Bed was tolerable but not very good. Superficially clean, but look a bit and lots of deep grime. The hotel has been sold and under new owner and management. We are completely renovating this property new. We have already redone the outside of the building with more landscaping scheduled.
