This place is filthy dirty, broken down and in need of demolition. Words can't describe the odor and debris. Management is clueless about customer service, shrug their shoulders, rudely claim no-fault and dismisses us from their front office. So far, not so good. Room took 2 hours to warm up. Bathroom floor has long dark hairs in the corner. The door looks like it has be broken down at one time. The Lawrence Days Inn was a terrible place to stay. The room was dirty when we checked in, there were blood stains on the mattress.
