my wife and I barely slept after being put in room 2 floors over air conditioning units and pool. The room sounded as if a semi truck was idling in it even causing the ez chair to vibrate. The next morning was moved 2 floors higher over same air conditioning units.complaining again we were finally moved to other side of... More

The photos are deceiving. The hotel isn't near as nice as the photos make it appear. The name of the hotel now is Crescent Hotel. It is pretty run down, smelled musty and cigarette smoke. We felt very unsafe there. We did not stay after we saw the conditions. The positives are it was in a good location to an... More

I have been staying at this particular hotel for over a year, every week. I have seen the new management - and I can tell you there is no difference. Last weekend I woke up to find the bottom half of the bed wet from the rainstorm the night before - I was on the 6th floor and there are... More

I had a large crew staying at this hotel from Feb. - May 2012. Watched as the entire way of doing business changed. The NEW Manager is a peach and she Truly has done wonders with this property. Understand this is a discount hotel but it is set in a old what looks like multi-floor Ramada Inn. We were very... More

@ $24(day) for a weekly stay. I did have to ask for a refg & microwave, received it ASAP. My room is clean & i feel secure. No extra cost for the coffee ammenties, ironing board & iron, things other "weekly" hotels hide charges on you. STAFF has gone out of their way to make me happy! While i was... More

I landed at this hotel out of necessity only, as all hotels in area were full due to a large week-long Event in KC. I will never go back! Negatives: They don't tell you the elevator buttons don't work even tho they see you standing there for 5 mins waiting for it to arrive. (Push the DOWN button only to... More

I suggest that you don't use their room reservation site has it's not secured. Most online room reservation sites are secured but this one isn't and they're asking for your credit card information. Don't do it if you don't want someone to hacked your credit card. Always make sure any site asking for your credit card information has a pad... More

The hotel was not a good stay. The thriving night club is very loud and can be dangerous. We had a group of teenagers that were attending an IHOP conference and when we returned back to the rooom a police officer met us in the parking lot. He stated that we should go directly to our rooms and not leave!... More
