I was there for two nights, on my own, for a business visit. Was looking for a place close to the KU Medical Center. This was within a mile so booked it online. I have stayed at many Best Westerns but this was the worst by far. I have never had a complaint about any of the others, in fact, they are some of the nicest hotels I've visited for the price.
