This motel was clean. Breakfast was good but the area to eat in was very small. While this motel rated a 8 out of 10 for me which I consider good it was a little over priced. more

Pool water was very cold. My son got in an immediately got back out. The room was nice, but I did notice a spot on one of the duvet covers. Our third floor room had a creaky floor, so I'm sure the rooms below us heard every step. Breakfast was fine, staff was friendly. more

Average Fairfield Marriott. Nothing extravagant, clean, very nice bed and continential free breakfast. The top choice, but not by much, is actually the Hampton Inn across the street. I know, I can't believe it either. For business we stayed at the Fairfield for 4 nights while our counterparts stayed at the Hampton. Subtle differences but the Fairfield is not bad.... more

With all of the other choices in the Hays area we will sleep in our car before staying here again. The issue was not with the facilities but with the unprofessional attitude of the manager when dealing with a billing issue.
