Like the previous reviewer said, this hotel is ok for a night's stay, and that's about it. It is dated, and the carpet in my room was pretty dirty, but the bathroom appeared to be newly remodeled. If you really need to stay overnight in Hays Kansas, then this is probably as good a place as any to do it.
