This hotel was terrible. We requested two adjoining rooms and one room had such a loud AC it sounded like it was going to fall out of the ceiling. Also, no door knob on bathroom door. We were moved to a different room. There was bugs everywhere in the hallways. The back hallways had bugs that had been dead there... more

We had several very bad rooms. They put buckets in two rooms to catch the rain water leaking through the ceiling, one shower knob blew off wall, the carpet was filthy, there were bugs, you name it. On top of that Mr Patel, promised to credit back a partial refund on our charge - he hasn't and now he won't... more

we arrived and hotel was being renovated. Check in was delayed, rooms were not clean, and continental breakfast was little to none, consisted of cold cereal waffles with grape sryup and bread for toast! no juice, fruit, or bagles! Hot tub was out of order. more

Wow, this was the worst hotel of the trip. The receptionist seemed to hate to be there. There was another guy there though that was very helpful. They were laying carpet and there were potential accidents waiting to happen. more

This hotel was awful in every way (except for one very friendly desk lady.) Yeah, I know what you're thinking - I'm whiny, expected too much, etc. Wrong. I was looking for a good value in this HoJo but was very unpleased. For one, it was the first stay in my life I've ever felt unsafe during. The room, halls,... more

The air conditioning didn't work. We were lucky a window opened up a bit. They offered discounts to walk in customers due to AC problem. Never even told me and charged full price. Lousy staff and poor service in every respect. This was by far the worst place I have stayed in my 53 years on this earth. I did... more

Checked in and went to room to find it under construction. Boards laying around, no toilet, no bed, no phone. Went back to front desk and was given another room. Went in to find dog feces in several spots in the bedroom and the bathroom. Again, no bed in room! Went back to front desk and was put in a... more

Reception was efficient and friendly. Room was clean and beds comfortable. 1970's decor needs refreshing. Restaurant food was horrible. No alarm clock available and failed to wake us as requested. No coffee cups in room but coffee pot was available. They charge $1 for safe in room and say they will deduct it upon request at check out. This seemed... more

HoJo at Goodland is a good place to stay if you're on a budget and traveling I-70. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The hallways could use a refurb. The pool area is surprisingly nice with a hot tub and tables set up outside the bar for drinks. The bar is fun and a little rowdy at night populated... more

This hotel was okay but not quite as nice as I had expected. The bathroom was not quite as clean as I would have liked, but it was not horrible. BUT it had a strange triangular design. The staff was okay..but sometimes hard to find. WE had free breakfast with our room...but it was kind of tacky that we were... more
