Boy do I wish I had seen the previous review before my stay. This is the WORST service I have ever encountered at a Holiday Inn Express! We are platinum Priority Club members and are accustomed to being greeted warmly and given upgrades whenever available and given some sort of perk for our stay. This Holiday Inn is brand new. It has a spacious three story eating area which is quite nice. The rooms are nice and even feature flat screens. The pool was also very nice.
