Stayed at this property after a long days travel on the road, they have a full service restaurant and lounge in the property that was decent food and good service, remember this is a very old property and do no expect it to be fully renovated, this is more of a crash pad not luxury, keep that in mind when... We stayed at the Quality Inn in Colby. It seems like they are making some improvements. They have a kiddie pool that I would not have put my child in. The paint was coming off and was just sitting in the pool. The breakfast was okay. We arrived on July 21. The yogurt had an expiration date of July 21.... More

We stayied in the quality inn for the rodeo we stayed 3 nights . The staff was very nice. The manager was awsome. we had some miss communication.with the people we booked with. The manager Joe was awsome and worked with us to fix it. The room was clean. We went swimming I think the pool chemicals were just a... More

The carpet was sticky throughout the room. Bathroom wreaked of urine. The shower was broken. The walls were filthy. The manager said he would give us a discount but refused to say how much. It was $5. Wow, thanks a bunch. Slum lords. I paid $84 for this room (including the "discount"), you can too but I won't ever again.

This hotel is horrible, and I can't believe that Quality Inn has put their name to this. I should have turned around when the desk clerk took so long to get to me. The phone kept ringing and she could not tell anyone to hold so she could acknowledge me. I though she may give away the last room. You... More

We did not stay here, but our hotel recommended the Mexican restaurant inside of the Quality Inn. When we walked through the front door of the hotel, it was filthy. We went on to the restaurant, got seated immediately and ordered. The waiter was friendly and the service was good. The food was good also. The chef made a dish... More

The young lady working the front desk was so pleasant. The room was cool and quiet. The bed was comfortable. The room was clean. Quick stop as traveling, nothing more you could ask for. Restaurant in hotel was good, especially the drinks. Breakfast was typical with pressed eggs, how do they do that, sausage, biscuits, etc... Would I stay there... More

After a long day driving on 7/17/14, was pleased to be warmly greeted by the front desk attendant, Heather. The hotel looked a bit run down so I wasn't expecting much, but found the bed to be as comfortable as one at a much more expensive hotel. I spoke with the manager in the morning and he explained they recently... More

Most Quality Inns we have stayed at have been average so when we got off route 70 at Colby after a long day of driving, we headed over to the Quality Inn. The front desk staff was very friendly and efficient and did warn us that the two-floor hotel didn't have an elevator. When we arrived in our room, we... More

Air conditioning didnt work well. Wifi sucked. Service was rude. The place looked a bit run down inside and out. Wasn't many choices for things to eat for breakfast. The hot food that was there looked old and not very appetizing. Would not stay here again.
