The only plus was the bed was comfortable. Now the downside: I checked in around midnight and the charge for the room was ridiculous, but I was tired of driving and checked in. In hindsight, I should have continued down the road. The fridge was off to be "green" and that's annoying because I wanted to put my cold items in there to keep them cold, not to let them warm up while I was waiting for it to cool down after turning it on myself. For what they charge for a room, the fridge should be on and cold. Check-in left a lot to be desired, she was not friendly and not welcoming. The AC/heating unit was so ungodly loud that I ended up having to turn it off so I could try and sleep and I am sure that the rooms next to mine and above and below could also hear this obnoxious noise. Due to having to turn this off, I could not control the temp in the room and had the worst night's sleep ever in a hotel. I got up early and didn't even shower, just wanted to put that horrible night of lack of sleep behind me. There will not be a next time in this hotel and it's a shame. I stayed here in 2016 along with friends and family for a wedding and it was great. Now, not so much.

Hotel's Favorite
Stayed here twice coming and going to Utah. Easy access from freeway. Ample parking. Restaurants, fast food places, gas stops close at hand. (We did not use the breakfast area in the hotel.) Pleasant staff. Our room turned out to be a handicapped room because we requested 2 queen beds and that was the only room available, which suited us fine. Large bathroom, plenty of space to spread out open luggage, responsive temperature controls, quiet and clean. The television could be pulled from the wall and rotated for viewing from anywhere in the room, and our Amazon fire stick plugged in easily for streaming services.

Room was okay - not worth the price that they charged - $181.00 for a one night stay (on a Tuesday) and room was nothing special. Check-in was okay and we were given a room on the ground floor as requested. Would not stay here again at this price.

Given this hotel had great reviews we were surprised how bad it was. We arrived around 9pm and the front desk woman was clearly sleeping and we had to ring the bell a few times before someone came out to check us in. The hotel was very hot like the air may have been on but turned up to 80 plus degrees. In our room the mini fridge was turned off to "go green" but in reality we had no where to store or baby's milk as it takes a few hours to cook off a refrigerator that is fully off and has been for days. The room smelled moldy and musty, most likely because the air had been off for quite some time. The room never cooled down to an appropriate temperature. The bathtub plug would not stay closed so we were not able to give our child a bath. The breakfast was awful. No fresh fruit at all, no standards like oatmeal. The cereal was a large jug, not commercial grade, that could have easily been contaminated. We are used to individual cereal, but this hotel clearly spared every expense they possibly could. We will never stay here again and wanted to tell others about our experience so they can make informed decisions. The owner of the hotel needs to stop being so cheap and run a hotel the proper way.

Great hotel for a great price. Staff were friendly and efficient. Building was clean, and although it isn’t new, it appears to have recently undergone an update. Rooms were clean and beds comfortable. Free breakfast better than average. Would definitely recommend.

Stayed here on our way home on a big trip. It was quiet and clean. Fun little town too. Good place to eat down the street but can't remember the name of it. We were just passing through and this hotel fit our needs. Thank you!

After our last hotel, we were glad to see this one: clean, smelled nice, comfy beds. Breakfast was reasonable considering COVID. Not noisy at all. Would stay again if we were in town. Surrounded by various food places. Would stay in again in the future.

I would rate it zero if I could but the bed was comfortable so I would rate it at least 1 star & the room was spacious enough to move around except for the bathroom. I have a lot of issues with the room that we got and this was a king size bed room for $140 including taxes on the 2nd floor. ISSUES: 1. Front desk in the PM shift was not friendly & would not even make eye contact or start off with a welcoming demeanor or greet us. We have been standing there waiting for almost 10 mins after she assisted the guest before us and did not even apologize for the wait. She even accused us for staying more than 1 night when we were only here for 1 and did not even looked at our confirmation letter to verify. I looked at her name tag and her name was Savanna. Not sure if she just does not like her job or she was just having a really bad day but she was definitely not friendly at all. She gave us a quick run through with the hours of the amenities. Did not even show us where the elevators were or direct us to what floor we will be on. We just kinda had to figure it out ourselves. 2. We got up to our room and I was really surprised how spacious it was and it looked clean to me the second I opened the door. The picture frames were a nice touch to the "looks" of the room although I do not really care for that. As we walked through the entire room we started seeing issues one after the other and it kept going even right before we went to bed. 3. The shower head looks like 10 yrs old and it needs to be replaced it clearly has not been cleaned it had spots and it looked really scummy with molds same goes with the knob to turn it on and off its very weird. The shower floor had some hair according to my husband and I saw some dirt all over the corners of it and the water pressure was too hard on us. We were supposed to get a really nice bath before we slept but instead we ended up feeling much more filthy than ever. 4. The first thing I noticed was there were no trash can liners at all. Not sure if they did that on purpose or what. The hair dryer looked like it was gonna blow up on me when i tried to use it regardless if it was high or low in setting but it has no setting if i want it cool or hot and it looked cheap as well. 5. The toilet paper in the gas stations looked more high quality that the ones in this room. I could see my hand through it and it rips easily. The vanity looked had their fake drawers but you cant actually pull them out. Theyre just there for looks I guess. 6. I know most people dont really go through the coffee maker but this one was clearly left filthy with stains in it for a while. 7. There was a long line of a stain right in the middle of the tap sheet of our bed and it was visible enough for someone to see and not place it there but they did it anyway for us to notice it. 8. The lamp head/s were ripped in some parts of it and clearly needed to be replaced. 9. The air conditioner does not seem to be cooling the entire room so the filter must be filthy as well. 10. The channels in the tv. Almost majority of them cant be watched at all. And you cannot filter the ones that you can and cant. It was really frustrating to troubleshoot but we just ended up turning it off since it was pointless. 11. Also they do not have usb ports in the entire room and that was really a disappointment as well. 12. Their binder is hidden in the drawer and not sure why the survey card was at the very back for no one to see and it looked old and untouched but I found it so voila. I could hear any noise that the guests next door were making even if it was a faint sound I would still most likely hear it from these paper thin walls. The AC has been making really weird loud noises every now and then and its really annoying. There could be more that we have not seen so far but overall it looks like the room was not well kempt and whoever cleaned this room did not really do a good job and it was not thoroughly inspected. The beds were comfortable to sleep in. I just wished the pillows were a bit larger because they look like throw pillows to me as well. Other than that, the room phone, the large working space were fine. The closet looked odd to me like a maintenance closet and could habe been better. Overall it was a big rip off and even if this was the best in colby in reviews we would definitely not recommend this to others and we would not return. Very disappointed & unsatisfied.

Updated hotel near the interstate. Comfortable beds, clean rooms, with a nice breakfast. Good value, especially for those with kids. No pets, which is a plus for allergy sufferers. Will stay again as we travel.

Dirty dirty dirty. Could not recommend this for my dog. The room stinks, bathroom moldy, elevators dirty, restroom in lobby no towels and dirty. You could drink the coffee but forget eating anything. Pillows smell.
