My wife and have been married for 28 years. We have stayed in many Bed & Breakfast homes over the last decade. The breakfast was outstanding! The home was clean decorated extremely well. I just can’t say enough about this place. We will be going back again.

We've stayed in may B&B's over the years and this is one of the best. The owner, Mikel, was very hospitable, the home was gorgeous and the three course breakfast was exceptional. We stayed in the "Sister's Hideaway" which featured a king size bed, reading alcove and whirlpool bath. If you have little ones with you, they have a dress-up... More

We like to stay at B&B's when we can and Three Sisters Inn is a perfect example. The house has lots of interesting history and turn of the century style (1900's). The amenities are all there including an awesome 3 course breakfast. (The food alone is worth the stay). The owner (Mikel) is very friendly and interesting to talk to.... More

Our stay at Three Sisters Inn,a beautifully decorated B&B with a long and interesting history, was a lovely experience. The property is surrounded by beautiful grounds with lots of trees, and we had a really comfortable stay. Mikel, the owner and host, was welcoming and extraordinarily accommodating. I wanted to arrive several hours earlier than typical check-in and he was able... More

We came to Baldwin City to pick up some goats at a near-by farm and needed a place to stay. I was very pleased with my choice. Mikel, our host, waited up for a late arrival and offered us a tour of the house. The homemade chocolate chip cookies were much appreciated by my husband. The Inn was quiet and... More

It's now one of our favorite B&Bs! Only a half hour or so from Kansas City, it was a great place to slow down for our 9th anniversary. We stayed two nights in the Hide-away room, the beautifully restored attic. Mikel was a very gracious and helpful host, making every effort to ensure we enjoyed our stay without being overly... More

My husband surprised me with an overnight stay for our 36 th wedding anniversary. What a lovely surprise it was ! Mikel the owner, gave us a tour when we arrived. He was so nice. We stayed in the Sister's Room Suite. It was just fantastic. The house is decorated so beautifully in it's time period. The grounds of the... More

We had a wonderful experience staying at Three Sister's Inn! Mikel was such a gracious host and the inn itself was absolutely beautiful. The warm cookies waiting upon our arrival and the three course breakfast the following morning were the perfect touches. It was evident that attention was paid in ensuring our visit was the best it could be. Can't... More

Do yourself a favor and spend at least one night here. Sparkling clean and wonderfully appointed with antiques and historically correct creaky floors. Fluffy towels and excellent breakfasts. Best of all is Michael, the Inn keeper and chef. He keeps a dress up closet with hats, gloves, jewelry, heels and gowns for children's tea parties. AND he accommodated a last... More

Thank you for the opportunity to make your weekend memorable. Making Afternoon Tea for your group was very enjoyable for me. Both the Adult Traditional Afternoon Teas and the Girl’s Tea Parties are becoming more popular and I hope that they will once again become a signature of our Inn. More
