We had to go to a wedding in Waverly July 2009. Our brother-in-law blocked 10 rooms for his daughters wedding in March 2009. Super 8 - Waverly does not and will never pull a "bait & switch"! We are far too proud of our standing with our guests, such rating sites as this and in our community to utilize such practices as noted above. Group bookings are allocated a certain number of rooms/roomtypes, based on the needs of the person creating the Group....
I stayed here in January of '09. I found the motel to be very clean and management was very friendly. The best part of my stay was I was able to sleep without the sound of slamming doors or voices in the hallway. And the motel was fairly full that night. We stayed at this hotel 1 night to attend a function near Waverly. I found the Comfort Inn in Waverly to be a bit over priced for of all places, Waverly Iowa! And when booking they would not give me my corporate rate. So I checked with Super 8 and did the reservation online, got my corporate rate and points... more
