Very good hotel close to a shopping center and at walking distance from a number of restaurants. The rooms and the bathroom are very clean. WiFi was working well. The breakfast was OK. The staff was very helpful and gave some good recommendations on the restaurants. At last not to forget: excellent price/quality.

A very clean and comfortable motel. They are still refurbishing it but our room was done. My only complaint is a smoke smell in my non smoking room. We were on the ground floor. Easy access from 380. Breakfast area a little small but OK. I would stay there again.

Good value for our room and we were close to UNI, shopping centers and restaurants. Nice smaller pool and hot tub. Currently remodeling but this did not effect our stay negatively. It was good to have a mini fridge in the room and microwave. Great service and yummy hot and cold breakfast choices.

I only stayed one night and my hubby stayed two. Very plain, met the owners and lots of remodeling going on. I wish them well. But can say I'm not sure I'd walk across the street and stay at Hampton Inn.
