Executive room very nice - but way too hot (in February when it's cold outside) ..the windows don't open - could not adjust the temp down....the shower handle was broken - had to figure out how to "make" the shower work, View was dumpsters, Rooftop HVAC units and triancars..pretty poor. we are here right now and there must be 10 people next door ...drunk and yelling and screaming and pounding on the wall. staff was notified and an hour later no change. it is now after midnight and we are going strong ...i doubt we will sleep. also ...smells like smoke in this no smoking room...very bad odor... Everything about this was nice. The room was large, clean and very comfortable. The staff was very friendly and I had no problems with anything except the casino.
