The room are just nice. No aircond, well not really needed because it was already cool enough for us. Not satisfy with the bath room where it's very small and the water is very slow. Too many rules in the room, cannot so that and that. Parking is limited. Breakfast is also ok. Not many choices. But the view from... More

Visiting to Kundasang with my family and staying a night at Kinabalu Pine Resorts, the scenery there was beutiful, weather cooler only at night. Room is simple with TV. We felt a bit annoyed that after 10.30p.m. the BBq area was still having noisy sound from other guests as our room is very near to the BBQ area.

I was expecting a wonderful hotel but alas it was only a mediocre one. We were given rooms in the E block which bordered other houses or home stays. There were loud music and singing and our room on the first floor overlooked the neighbors' balcony and clothes line therefore we had to close the curtains at all times. The... More

A very nice property with an amazing views. The room we had was very clean and the bathroom is spotless. Bought through Agoda and received a great deal however during checking in, we still had to pay the deposit RM200 which is other hotel does not required for the same process. Make sure you standby the cash upon check-in. Overall... More

Whenever you plan to stay at this resort make sure you do 2 important things, i.e. book way in advance as this place is extremely popular and booked out fast & ask for rooms facing the Mount Kinabalu as nothing beats waking up to such great views of the majestic mountain before the clouds cover the summit. The weather is... More

Our tour group arrived in the dark after a long mountain drive from Sandakan with little explanation about the location either by our guide or within our room. Fortunately, we woke early enough to see Kinabalu from a side window before the summit was lost under heavy clouds. Our room was very, very basic and appeared to be newly painted... More

This is a very nice, quaint property. Set just off the highway, accommodation is basically wooden cabins but these are spacious, clean and well maintained. Most have great views of Kinabalu. The bathrooms are clean though the water pressure can be low. Much care has been taken to ensure that the property is well maintained with flower beds bursting with... More

We drive to the resort with the help of our mobile apps "Waze". The staff is friendly & we have an early check-in. The room rate considered cheap @RM230 (inclusive of breakfast & dinner for two). We really like the fresh air, nice weather & lovely view here. Our room (at block P) is facing the mountain. Can see the... More
