The Fairfield was not my first choice of hotels. My preference would have been the Candlewood or Hilton Garden Inn in the same area, but due to local events they were full. I was somewhat disappointed in the small pool size and lack of on-site fitness facilities. The carpet in the halls and rooms seemed a bit old and/or dated.... More

The worst Fairfield I have been to in a long time. Exterior looks old and interior leaves much to be desired. I thought Marriott was making all of these hotels update? Cramped breakfast area and no on site exercise room. I will stay at the Holiday Inn Express or the Hard Rock next time I am in town.

CS3R, thank you for your feedback. I am sorry your stay experience left much to be desired. We should get a renovation in the future, however I am not privy to the reno schedule currently. Our staff does work hard to keep the building in good, clean condition. Also, we do provide complimentary workout passes to all guests to the... More

What you would expect from a Fairfield Inn and a little more. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. They volunteered info on nearby restaurants including location. Wi-fi is available without an access code. The pool area is open from 6 a.m. to midnight. For the family that can't get enough water fun, its great though on the... More

There is nothing fancy about the Fairfield Inns, but they have consistently good quality for a nights stay. This one was no exception. The room was clean and comfortable. The location was good. The breakfast was very limited, but sufficient. Overall, it served us well for a single nights stay while passing through the area.

This is a newer hotel and a good option if you want to be near the highway. The staff was especially friendly and helpful. They let us put our bicycles in a storage closet. I accidentally left a notebook with business notes inside. Housekeeping noticed it and brought it outside to us as were packing up. Our room was very... More

We booked an overnight stay on a road trip from Chicago to Mount Rushmore, based on points availability from loyalty cards. We were delighted with the warm and professional welcome, with the clean and spacious room, and the delicious breakfast (they also provide healthy to-go bags for guests in a hurry). Small store with app travel essentials and a lovely... More

This Fairfield Inn was surprisingly good in several ways. Although the pool was small and there was no fitness center on site, the staff was very accommodating. The free breakfast was also better than expected. The wake-up calls and free wi-fi were reliable, and there was always coffee, tea, and fruit in the lobby.

We stayed at the Fairfield Inn – Sioux City on May 30, 2015. We had reserved in advance and when we arrived, we learned that the hotel was full with a families from a wedding. I feared that meant we’d have a loud stay, but we never heard a peep in our rooms. In the online reservation I had requested... More

This hotel was all that I expected it to be- clean and well taken care of. Breakfast, pool, close to highway, shopping, restaurants- all great things. ***One tip: be sure you aren't assigned room 101. The headboards share a wall with the stairs. It was very loud when people walked the stairs, the wall and bed shook when they ran... More

This is a fairly old Fairfield they have a tiny pool and no whirlpool, the front desk folk were nice and the rooms were ok except in the remodel they must have scrimped on the room carpet since mine was dirty and rolling up. I put my foot in the shower and I saw dirty rinsing away. I informed the... More
