This place gives me the creeps. Real ghost town atmosphere. Use to be a nice facility back when? But now owned by foreign investors. Needs so much work. The lobby smells like a boiler room, musky natural gas odor and the elevators are pretty darn spooky. I really don't feel real safe in this place, not because of the location... More

This is a terrible facility. Although, one might say you get what you pay for. Paper thin walls, closed bar, no ice machine. Terrible customer service. I had to pay cash first night as they would not honor my wife,s credit card. So, paying cash, I also paid a $50 damage deposit. The next five nights I was able to... More

We needed to be in Sioux City very early morning so we drove up the night before. Outstanding rate for the short time we were there and also a discount with Mercy Hospital. Check-in was fast and courteous. We had to leave before breakfast started. Rooms were comfortable.

Hotel is reasonably priced ( because of it age ) and is clean, as we entered the hotel two homeless people ( I would guess) were in sleeping on the floor as you enter, hotel front door was locked but side door was not, issue that need to be address as well as the people sleeping. The hotel in a... More

I too had read some horrific reviews of this hotel. But it was so close to our venue -just a 6 minute walk-and there was breakfast. We were greeted warmly upon arrival and seriously were the only ones on our floor. The room had recently been updated, the bed was great, but the tub was old. The one complaint we... More

My wife and I stayed five nights in mid-September for a nearby wedding, along with other family members who came and went. While many reviews painted a horrific picture, we had a fine experience. The various staffers at the desk were attentive and friendly, and the breakfast offered a variety of fare that hit the spot. Our room was good-sized,... More

Wow, pretty much a dive with the Clarion name. We had a patient at the nearby hospital so chose this hotel. Big mistake! Place smelled musty and looked very worn, musty and dated from the time you walked in. The bar actually didn't take credit card--luckily, had enough cash to pay. Seriously??? In this day and age?? Carpet in the... More

When I called to make the reservation no mention was made that they where on a shoestring budget and everything was minimum. Carpets were dirty, pool closed, no restaurant or bar, even staff was limited. We spent one night and then went to another hotel.

Our current amenities include complimentary breakfast, wifi, local calls, cable television, secure parking in our attached parking ramp, and a 24 hour Business Center and Fitness Center.
