Recently in town for a conference and the hotel was the worst part of the visit. Unhelpful staff; no answer (repeatedly) when calling for a wake up call. This stay was terrible. Was in town to celebrate family birthday. Arrived into a dirty room. Bed sheets were filthy and the bathroom not cleaned.
