I stayed in a suite on the 4th floor for 6 nights. The suite was immaculate, extremely spacious, well-equipped, modern, and comfortable. Multiple plasma TVs, whirlpool tub, bar, refrigerator, microwave, comfortable bed, you name it. My husband and I stayed at the Stoney Creek for one night in September. This is a new (opened June 2009) hotel. Very nice new hotel in the center of Sioux City. Unique northwoods decor. Outdoor waterfall pond and indoor/outdoor pool. Room had all the amenities at a reasonable rate. more

Stoney Creek was great inside and out. The hotel was very clean, and very kid friendly. Located downtown Sioux City, it was close to restaurants and many different things to see. The service was exceptional and the staff very friendly. Would love to stay here again on our next trip. more

This hotel apparently opened 3 weeks before our stay. We reserved a King-Whirlpool room (a deluxe theme room) and it was fantastic. The room was gigantic. It had a huge main area with a fireplace.
