Fantastic stay. Kim made an excellent breakfast of dutch pancakes, yogurt with homemade granola, fruit, bacon, and cheese samples from the family's cheese farm. The inn was a perfect mix of original yet modern. We enjoyed strolling the streets of Pella and touring the family's cheese farm. One of the best bed and breakfasts we have stayed at in Iowa!

I decided to surprise my mom with a mother - daughter trip during Tulip time and Mother's day! Upon our arrival, Kim greeted us with a nice warm personality and gave us the history and tour of the Cheesemaker Inn. The beds were comfortable, rooms very clean/quiet and the breakfast was to die for! Fresh baked rolls and breads from... More

This place was great! Stayed one night while we were in town to see tulips. This is conveniently located - about 5 minutes from downtown. Kim and Rob will direct you anywhere! They made us feel right at home in their home - which they absolutely love. Pretty grounds, great rooms, and delicious breakfast made with LOVE.

Kim makes the best breakfast! It alone is worth the price. The dutch pancakes were my favorite, but everything was excellent. Rob was a great host and gave us a tour of their family's cheese farm, along with providing great recommendations around Pella. The rooms were very nice and quiet. We will be back. :)

This was our second stay. We were here just three months ago and fell in love with the inn and surrounding area. (We wrote a review for our May visit, if you want to read more about the inn itself.) This time we stayed in the Paris Room. Its bed is super comfortable, great shower/bath, and nice views. My wife’s... More

My husband and I were planning to golf in a tournament on the weekend of his birthday. I thought, even though we lived within an hour of Pella, IA, why not make it a getaway with him for the night. I didn't want to stay in a traditional hotel, but looked for a B&B. Found the Cheesemaker's Inn .... set... More

My wife and I chose The Cheesemaker’s Inn on a whim while we were visiting Pella from the Kansas City area. Rob and Kim warmly welcomed us and made us feel right at home. We met another couple with whom we ended up befriending and enjoyed a glass of wine with them on the porch. We stayed in the Picasso... More

I arrived at the Inn after a busy week in Pella visiting family, enjoying "Tulip Time", and playing tourist. The hospitality shown me by Kim and Rob was nothing short of gracious. My "Martha's Vineyard" room was perfect for a weary traveler. I thoroughly enjoyed the coffee, tea, and bottled water counter that was a "help yourself" and on the... More

We stayed at The Cheesemaker's Inn during the Tulip Festival in Pella. We arrived a little after 5:00PM on Wednesday evening greeted by Rob. He helped carry our bags in and introduced us to his wife, Kim. She then showed us some of the amenities, Keurig coffee, selection of teas & soda, which was self serve for us to enjoy... More
