My 77 year old father booked a room at this location using his credit card. On the date of the reservation he fell, alone, in his home. When my brother discovered he had fallen the next AM, he was admited to the hospital. My father remains in the hospital 12 days later, at the time of this review. When I called the hotel hoping to reverse the "Guarenteed No Show Charge" I was told I would need to send his hospital admittence paperwork. Due to privacy laws, the best I was able to obtain was a note on a Hospital Perscription Pad from one of his DOCTORS explaining the situation. I faxed it to the hotel Manager and was told it was not exceptable, and charges would stand. I have also faxed it to Super 8, and it is under "review". I am sorry it has come to this, but I don't see any other way to vent my displeasure. more
