I booked a night in one of the cottages for myself and two pals having a bit of a nostalgic reunion weekend and I don't think we could have found a better place to stay. We were made very welcome, the accommodation was spacious clean and comfortable with everything we needed, and a tasty breakfast delivered to the cottage freshly... More

Well what a lucky find, my mates booked this for us directly with the proprietors, Mark and Pippa. We were given the cottage at the rear of the restaurant, which is very well appointed, clean, tidy and comfortable including the beds! Tea, coffee and fresh milk readily available. Mark and Pippa are very welcoming and friendly the pub/restaurant is clean... More

Very cosy cottage, lovely & warm & comfortable. Pippa was very accommodating on day of arrival, as I had asked if we could collect a key early as we were visiting family & it would save us disappearing in afternoon/evening to get key & check in late. That was no problem & we collected key at midday. Breakfast is served... More

We booked on line due to the feedback, however the experience was not as one would expect. In terms of the accommodation it was great and fitted our needs. The breakfast was also of high quality as was the pub food and for all this I commend them. However, the customer care was of a standard that I had not... More

I have recently returned from a three night weekend stay at the Lincolnshire Poacher Inn and really enjoyed my stay. The cottage to the rear of the property was fantastic, it was well equipped and very comfortable. The hosts Pippa and Mark were very friendly and helpful and I look forward to returning in the future, especially the breakfast !!.

Poachers Inn was fabulous, loved the cottage and didn't want to leave. Pippa couldn't do enough for us and to have breakfast brought to us was a bonus. Food nice in the Inn itself. Bed was so comfortable and no idea why anyone would write bad reviews about this place. Small village but still had 4 pubs, a couple of... More

We stayed at The Lincolnshire Poacher Inn for one night while attending a wedding at Washingborough Hall about 15 minutes away. The accommodation is a lovely couple of cottages behind the inn/pub. It is situated in a nice quiet village and is easy to find. It has gated parking for people staying there right outside the cottages. On the day... More

I booked this hotel on price and reviews as I was going to Cadwell Park, which is half hour run away. I was pleased to have a call from the landlady the previous day to check our arrival time and whether we wanted food. If so, we could pre-order and chef would put a dish aside ready for us. That... The owner was very welcoming and we were pleasantly surprised by the accommodation which was in a self contained cottage it was so comfortable and quiet with all the facilities you could need. The icing on the cake was breakfast bought to you at the cottage at the time you arrange , it was beautifully cooked and hot. We would... More
