We had reserved two rooms for a Saturday night, and found they had overbooked. They left only one room available. We're easy going people, so we said all four of us could stay in the one room available. Two of us slept on an air mattress provided by the management. Though it was clearly the fault of management that only one room was available, we were still charged for two rooms. They told us, only after sleeping there a night on an air mattress, that they charge by the person. $232/night is a lot to spend for a night on an air mattress! Even after this unfortunate "mix-up", the management was rude to us when we raised the question of price.

I'm not sure if this was a scam, or just poor management, but we will certainly never stay here again. more
