We stayed for 4 nights. The gal at check-in was very friendly and efficient. The room was clean and quiet. Bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was the usual fare, but the breakfast room was kept very neat and tidy. Good location.

This hotel is located close to downtown within walking distance of Music Man Square. Although on a busy road and close to a railroad, I did not find it noisy. the front desk lady was most helpful,kind and caring that ive ever seen at a hotel,,,carrie was her name,she helped from front door thru our whole visit,then we woke up to a bit of a load harsh lady,took us by surprise,way differant treatment till carrie came back on that afternoon..wish all your staff was like this...

Stayed here as a Comfort Inn - loved it! Even better as a Quality Inn and Suites! It's totally remodeled and very nice! Beautiful bathrooms with granite countertops, stylish new carpet, and contemporary new furniture. By far the classiest place to stay in Mason City!

Stayed at this hotel in Mason City for a few nights over Thanksgiving. The hotel has just been remodeled and the rooms and bathrooms were very nice, inviting lobby area.
