My wife checked in, when I walked in 5 mins. later person at front desk could not even say hello as I walked by. My wife went back up to front desk to see if we could get one extra large towel, lady said to her, "don't you have towels in your room?" Kind of rude staff they have working there from what we encountered. Breakfast sucks. Rooms are usually dusty feeling, like they have dirty carpets. To me the beds are like hammocks, but seem to be clean. We were there around Christmas 2008, 2 days after it snowed and the parking lots still were not completely cleaned off, sidewalks were slick in spots and the whole back parking lot had probably 4 inches of snow and ice over the whole parking area. Of course our room was in the back but we had to park in the front(kind of like to keep and eye on our car, but that was impossible.
