We had several problems when staying here (1) sheets had hair on them, told front desk who said there was no housekeeping on staff - they gave us clean sheets and made us change the bedding ourselves! (2) we asked for hand towels in our room & ended up with a half dozen bathmats instead! (3) the shower curtain was torn and full of mildew (4) the toilet wasn't flushing right - again no housekeeping on staff - so the front desk gave us a plunger in a plastic bag and made us fix the toilet ourselves! (5) other guests left dirty towels in the hallway in the afternoon - I was shocked to still see them on the hallway floor the next morning - staff was not attentive to keeping hallways picked up or clean! (6) the breakfast included make-it-yourself waffles...the tools to remove the waffles and clean the waffle maker yourself included a spatula and a nylon cleaning brush - the brush was filthy dirty! Made you not want to eat the waffles! Overall, it was not a pleasant experience... more
