We spent the night at this motel in LeClaire, IA with 5 other couples after a 2 day Mississippi Cruise that sailed from and return to LeClaire. I've stayed at this hotel twice as a stop over while driving on I 80. This is a newer hotel that overlooks the MIssissippi River. The hotel is extremely clean and the rooms are very large. Ok this is a great location. Great views of the river. Standard Hoilday Inn Express product. Nice "smart start" breakfast. Everything you would expect from this chain....but what is with the ear plugs on the night stand. At 3 AM you will learn what the ear plugs are for...TRAINS!!!.
