Made my reservations 3 weeks in advance (2-adjoining rooms), given the price of $179. a room. Arrived on Saturday night to only 1 room reserved, king bed and we had 4 adults. Sorry, no other rooms available. Just looked at us like "whatever". They finally offer 1 roll away bed, and I ask "what size is it"? Single bed, come... More

I think the management, just wants you to pay for the casino, like all casinos. Paying $4.50 for a beer,I first laughed cause I was sure they were kidding. Down south they bring You free beer and the waitress gets a decient tip. You will not b allowed to have more than 1 drink at a time, even if you try and get... More

We just returned from Grand Falls. We only stayed one night- but were able to get a decent room rate. This review will be much of the same as my others of this property. The room was very clean and comfortable- the bed might be a little hard. The entire property was very clean and inviting. The front desk clerk... More

I have visited the GRAND FALLS Casino quite a few times since they opened. I like to gamble, and do spend a lot of time on the slots. However, over the course of the past year, not only has their food at the buffet gone down hill, (deli is expensive for a sandwich!!) the staff are very unhappy people.. and... More

I had a training ut on here and the staff and location was great. The rooms in the hotel were first class. In talking with some of the sales staff it seems to be full on the weekends. I was there on a Monday so I had to settle for the buffet but it was very good. The only thing... More

We were booked into the casino for a business trip and while the it looked great, we found the hotel poor for business setting. All of our group with different carriers lost cell phone service inside the hotel and the casino. We needed to walk outside 40 feet to follow up on business calls. They do not have free wi-fi... I've stayed here a couple of times and played about 6 times. The 2 times I stayed here the rooms were fantastic, nice and new! I liked all the modern amenities in the room, the pool was nice. Staff not so great, they seemed like they didn't want to be there. I live very close to this casino and when... More

Brand new casino on the corner of South Dakota and Iowa. This casino is worth checking out. The slots are tight; but let face it most are, just need to find the right one. Casino floor is well lite and the ambiance is conducive to the Las Vegas style. Yes:like another reviewer said you can not carry two drinks or... More

I've been there twice hoping for a different experience the second time. The first time I went was for a bachelor party and was treated very poorly. Was not able to purchase two drinks even when the second one was for another person. The friend that was not drinking was denied onto the casino floor about 11:00 P.M. because he... More
